Bio: Shawn is a Mom of 3 to two teens and a preteen and loves to practice self care through solo dating, hiking with friends and taking trips to the beach to learn to surf. Shawn Bradford is also a 500 hour yoga alliance teacher, continuing education provider for Yoga Alliance, with 200 formal hours of meditation training. Shawn holds a Masters in Science in Health Promotion with an emphasis in Workplace Wellness. Shawn teaches yoga and meditation in businesses, for corporate conferences & corporate retreats.
